Turns out the guy who rear ended me did not have insurance, and I had to spend two months calling The General and my insurance company to finally get the truth and access to coverage.
Overall, Allstate is a good and stable insurance company. Any insurance company will have its challenging experiences but based on the average, Allstate is doing well and it's an indication that if you communicate openly and purchase a product that is suitable to your needs, that they have the ability to deliver in a claim and offer a satisfying experience.
